RENTAL AGREEMENT and RENTAL POLICIES

By confirming a reservation all guests confirm they have read and automatically agree to all rental policies and conditions. By reserving lodging with telemark414.com, our guests our bound by the following Rental Agreement and Rental Policies.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservation deposit is required at booking to confirm reservations. Deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Balance payment is non-refundable upon cancellation unless dates can be rebooked. Any recovered rent will be refunded. All major credit cards and personal checks are acceptable forms of payment. A major credit card will be required to serve as a security deposit.

RENTAL CONFIRMATION and ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Upon receipt of payment due a rental confirmation providing rental terms and arrival instructions will be sent by email.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in will be available at 4PM on day of arrival. All guests will at the Super 8 hotel at 808 Little Beaver Trail in Dillon, CO 80435. Check out is no later than 10AM on the day of departure. Guests may leave all room keys in unit and will not have to return to the Super 8 hotel.
